Credit and Refund Policy - 
In our effort to consider children and families that are enrolled in our programs, and also our staff and coaches, the following policies are active for credits and refunds:

All Seasons: We are hopeful and planning that all Soccer Shots seasons will be able to be completed in person. However, in the event that Soccer Shots in-person sessions cannot continue due to local or federal restrictions, we will replace up to three sessions with Soccer Shots On-The-Go Live via Zoom. After three live Zoom sessions, parents/guardians will have the option to continue with zoom sessions or receive a credit for the remaining sessions. Credits will only be offered if more than three sessions are canceled due to local and/or federal restrictions. Credits must be requested via email to harrisburg@soccershots.com and will be processed into a parent/guardian’s Soccer Shots account. Credits can be used at any future site or season within our Harrisburg & York territory and may be used for any child. We will not issue any refunds related to not being able to continue with Soccer Shots in-person sessions.

• If our site partner would cease our use of their property, we would make all attempts to find another close-by location to continue in-person sessions. If not possible, we would move forward with our policy above.
• Schools and Childcare Locations: In the event that Soccer Shots in-person sessions cannot be completed due to local or federal restrictions, we will work with each location to implement an alternative plan. If the season cannot be completed, we will issue a credit for the remaining sessions.
• Withdrawal - We do not offer refunds at any time. If you are requesting a withdrawal from a class at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the season, we will allow a credit for a future season. If your request is less than 3 weeks prior to the start of season, you can receive a credit for a future season minus a $25 processing fee. Once the season has started, we do not offer credits. All requests for credits for sessions prior to the start of the season must be made in writing and emailed to harrisburg@soccershots.com
• Enrollment Fee - There is no refund of the enrollment fee that is charged once every 365 days.

Failure to Attend - No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend a make-up class.

Department of Health Guidelines:

• As a business operating in Pennsylvania, we must comply with any and all orders that are issued from the PA Department of Health.
• Any new updates that would be issued for businesses, gatherings, sports, etc that would apply to Soccer Shots will be followed and communicated with families.

Make-Up Classes & Cancellations:

• During spring, summer and fall seasons, whenever possible, we will use indoor space during inclement weather. If there is no indoor space available, we will schedule to make up a maximum of two classes due to inclement weather (extreme cold, heat, or rain). If a makeup session would be cancelled due to inclement weather, we would not schedule an additional makeup session.
• During the winter season, if your school or center is closed on a Soccer Shots day due to snow or other weather-related issues, we will work with your school or center to reschedule up to two cancelled sessions or offer a make-up session at a different location and time.
• Make-up classes may be held on a different day or time than the regularly scheduled class. If a make-up is cancelled due to weather, it will not be rescheduled.

Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be made.

Arrival & Dismissal Policy:

• Parents must sign for pick-up of children from after-school Soccer Shots programs at their childcare center. Parents are expected to arrive a few minutes before the session is complete.
• If your child is to be picked up by someone other than yourself, please note authorized pickup person on the enrollment.

Payment Policy:

• If you chose to have a split payment option for one of our school locations, the second payment will process automatically one month after the first payment was processed.
